We did it!
Social media enthusiasts gathered at MacDougall’s Thursday night to celebrate the launch of Social Media Club Columbia. It was not surprising that the 40 + who attended represented very different walks of life — Internet marketing, home real estate, higher education, and even *hypnotism!
Trey Pennington of ShowCase Marketing, and founder of the Greenville chapter, shared his experiences with social media with the group and announced that, even as we start, Greenville and Columbia are #2 and #3 of the largest social media clubs in the country already — Way to go!
With diversity as our strength, and a common desire to connect, learn and explore — that’s exactly what SMC plans to do. Our highest priority is to build Social Media Club around what matters to YOU. Which means, we need to hear from you!
